1. You have multiple Pogo accounts
This is considered fraudulent use of the app. We can assist you with deactivating the additional account.
2. You have an iPhone
We are in the process of tracking an error that seems to be isolated to a very small segment of iPhone users. While we're not sure why this occurs yet, we can send your cash out manually via PayPal.
3. You haven't earned 3000 points
This is the current cash out threshold.
4. You're not entering your PayPal information in a format that is compatible with the cash out field
Please enter your PayPal-linked email address, not your PayPal handle or link. We also notice that users enter email addresses with PayPal domains. This is not your PayPal email address. Please check your PayPal profile to ensure you're entering the correct email address.
