Having trouble updating your phone number? Here are some common reasons.
1. For your protection, Pogo requires 2 factor authentication via SMS for login and cash out. We do not support Google Voice or any other numbers that are not provided to you by a major mobile carrier. If the number you are entering is a VOIP or Landline, you will not be able to update your phone number with Pogo. Our team is also unable to assist you with this issue.
2. Your phone number is associated with another account. It isn't unusual for users who have recently updated their app after getting a new phone number to accidentally create a second account. If you suspect this might be the case, complete the login process and deactivate the duplicate account. This will release the phone number so our team swap it to your original account.
