There are several reasons why you may not be seeing your retailer bonus points. Please review the most common reasons below.
1. The purchase was not made on a Pogo-linked card
It's important that the bank card you are using for your transactions with your linked retailers is linked to your Pogo account. It's not uncommon for people to use gift cards and other pre-paid cards for purchases with retailers. While we love that you're enjoying these freebies and discounts from friends, family and beyond, these purchases don't qualify for points.
2. Purchase has not yet synced to Pogo
Sometimes, banks and merchants will keep your purchases in a pending state for few days. Please give your transactions at least 48 hours to show up in your claims feed.
3. Your bank account needs to be unlinked and relinked
Technology fails us once in a while and your bank account may need to be unlinked and relinked. While Plaid is one of the most secure ways to connect your account to a rewards app like Pogo, connection errors do happen, and they are generally resolved within 48 hours. For the speediest resolution, we recommend re-linking your account.
