Here are some of the most common reasons users haven't received their referral bonus:
1. They have accidentally overlooked the field where they need to enter the referral code during the sign up process. This is easy to do because you or the referred person may assume that this is done automatically by using the referral link. We recommend reminding your future referrals of this step to make sure you both get your bonus. 2. The bonus is in a pending state. You won't receive the points until you and the other user have earned at least 1000 points. You can see if the bonus is pending in the earnings tab of the app.
3. The referred user already has a Pogo account.
4. The referring user is demonstrating potentially fraudulent behavior. Our team is always glad to investigate these situations.
