If you're unable to access a survey provider, there are several factors that could be at play.
1: You've reached the survey limit
If you take a lot of surveys within 24 hours, the survey providers will block you for short time. Check back in another 24 hours.
2. You don't qualify for any surveys
Survey inventory varies seasonally and sometimes the demographic information you've provided is not desired for the available surveys.
3. You are using a VPN
If you are using a VPN, our survey providers will not allow you to take surveys.
4. You are providing conflicting answers or rushing through surveys
Survey providers cross reference the information you've provided for other surveys to make sure you're giving accurate and honest answers across the board.
5. There is an unknown issue with our survey provider
If you think you've been blocked in error, check out this article to learn how to submit a case to the survey providers. Please note that the Pogo support team does not have insight on survey errors because they are through third-party providers. Your best option is to contact these providers directly before contacting our team.
