Playing games and taking advantage of offers will help you build your point balance in Pogo quickly, but you may find that you're not seeing your rewards come through to your claim feed. We've gathered some of the most common causes for you:
1. You're using a VPN. VPNs prevent the necessary tracking process for you to receive your rewards. Be sure you are not using a VPN when playing games or using offers.
2. You're an iPhone user with Private Relay enabled. Like VPN, this disrupts the tracking process. Many people don't realize they have private relay is enabled. It is commonly turned on for iCloud+ Subscription users. If you pay for additional iCloud Storage, you have iCloud+. You can turn this off by going to your iPhone settings> search "private relay"> turn off private relay.
3. You've disabled tracking. Pay close attention to pop-ups you receive while playing a game and make sure that you "allow" the app to track you. Again, this is the only way we know when you've hit goals so you can get your points.
4. You've previously created an account for a game or tried to use an offer. Whether it was through a different Pogo game or offer section or even a different game or offer marketplace entirely, You are only eligible to earn points if it is your first time ever using the game or offer.

Im missing 1000 points from tiki solitare for passing level 48 im now on level 90 . EVERY TIME I GO TO REPORT AND I TRY AND SEND THE SCREEN SHOT IT BOOTS ME OUT

Hi Gregory - sorry to hear that! There are size limitations for the files which is likely what is crashing the upload process. This can also happen if maybe your service isn't stable or slow. You always email them which seems to work for most people - the emails can handle larger images. Our support email is support@earnwithpogo.com.
