Re-linking your bank or card is the best to resolve missing point issues. If your purchases aren't showing up in your feed within 48 hours of the transaction, there's a good chance the connection is unstable. Please see the instructions below to unlink and re-link your account or card.
On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your bank login credentials. Sometimes, permissions must be managed within your banking app to allow access to third-party apps like Plaid. You can usually find these under your account settings. If you're having trouble making sure your permissions are set-up correctly, contact your banking institution's support team.
