Pogo’s bank fee finder scans your linked bank accounts and surfaces fees that you may not be aware you are being charged. Our philosophy when it comes to fee refunds is that it never hurts to ask!
We provide you with a template that includes the fees we’ve identified so you can easily message, call or email your bank’s support team. The process is outlined in the screenshots below.
The refund will come from your bank, not Pogo. Make sure you reach out to your bank's support team. Pogo's support team will not be able to assist you with this. You will need to locate your bank's support contact information. It's generally easy to find this information on their website or within your banking app.
Tip: If you've never pasted a message before, tap and hold your finger in the field where you want to paste the message. You'll see a "paste" option appear. Tap it and continue.
