Where is my bank fee refund?

Pogo’s Bank Fee Finder identifies and surfaces fees your bank is charging you. These fees are easy to overlook, but in many cases they really add up. We provide you with a template that lists the fees so you can request a refund of all or some of the fees you’ve been charged. Check out this article to learn how to complete your request. 

Once you’ve completed the steps to submit your request, you should receive a response from your bank’s support team confirming whether or not they are willing or able to refund the fees. If your bank refunds the fees, that refund will be sent directly to your bank account. You will not see the refund reflected anywhere in your Pogo app because this transaction is not a purchase and it is between you and your bank. 

You will also not receive any points from Pogo for using this feature. The value provided by Pogo is in the surfacing of the fees, the free customized template we provide, and the potential of receiving a refund from your bank.
