The surveys available to you through the Pogo App are from third-party platforms. As a result, the Pogo support team has very little insight when it comes to survey errors. The best way to get to the bottom of survey errors is to reach out directly to TapResearch and BitLabs. You'll find the directions to contact them in the article below, but here are a few other reasons your survey may have timed out.
1. You were disqualified from the survey
Some surveys disqualify users based on certain requirements or demographic information.
2. Some of your answers were inconsistent
Survey providers store information from previous surveys and questions. They use this to cross-reference and ensure users are answering legitimately. If you've provided conflicting answers to similar questions, there's a good chance you'll be disqualified.
3. There is an unknown issue with our survey providers
