Pogo works with 3rd party platforms Tap Research and BitLabs to provide you with survey opportunities. Here are a few reasons you may be running into issues receiving rewards from surveys and how to submit a request.
1. You were disqualified from the survey
Some surveys disqualify users based on certain requirements or demographic information.
2. Some of your answers were inconsistent
Survey providers store information from previous surveys and questions. They use this to make sure users are answering legitimately. If you've provided conflicting answers to similar questions, there's a good chance you'll be disqualified.
3. There is an unknown issue with the survey provider
If you encounter an error state or session timeout, the survey provider can look into what may have caused it and issue the points. Please note that because these surveys exist externally, Pogo support has no insight related to survey completion dates and times, why an error occurred, or how many points a survey was worth. This why you will need to contact the provider directly if you believe you are owed compensation.
