The surest way to get fast and efficient support from our team is to send a screen recording of your issue. If you're unfamiliar with recording your screen the following steps should get you started:
On Android:
- Swipe down twice from the top of your screen
- Tap Screen record. You might need to swipe right to find it
- If it's not there, tap Edit and drag Screen record to your Quick Settings
- Choose what you want to record and tap Start - the recording begins after the countdown
- You can choose whether to record audio and show touches on the screen before you start
- To stop recording, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Screen recorder notification
- To find your recording, open the Photos app Photos
- Tap Library and then Movies
- Attach it to your open support ticket email thread
On iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Control Center
- If Screen recording is already in your included controls, swipe down from the top right corner of your phone screen to get to your control center
- If Screen Recording is under "More Controls" tap the green "+" to add it to your controls, then swipe down from the top right corner of your phone screen to get to your control center
- Tap the record button (it looks like a solid circle inside a circle) then wait for the three-second countdown
- Exit Control Center to record your screen
- To stop recording, tap the Screen Recording button at the top of your screen, then tap the Stop button
- Go to the Photos app and select your screen recording
- Attach it to your open support ticket email thread
