Cashing out should be quick and easy! We apologize if you are encountering issues and we're happy to help. There are a few situations that may contribute to errors or the inability to complete your cash out.
1. You have multiple Pogo accounts
This is considered fraudulent use of the app. We can assist you with deactivating the additional account.
2. You have an iPhone
We are in the process of tracking an error that seems to be isolated to a very small segment of iPhone users. While we're not sure why this occurs yet, we can send your cash out manually via PayPal.
3. You have fewer points than meet the cash out minimum
4. You're using a VPN
Using Pogo while connected to Pogo can cause all kinds of issues, including the inability to receive your cash out verification code. Please turn off your VPN when using the Pogo app.
5. You're connected to an unstable network
If you're in a poor service area or your WiFi is unstable, you could experience issues with receiving the verification code Pogo requires to complete your cash out.
6. Your phone cannot accept short code text messages
If you've recently changed phone service providers, it's possible that there are some limitations to the types of text messages you can receive. We recommend checking with your provider to make sure you don't have any settings enabled that could be blocking you from receiving verification codes and other updates from Pogo.
