Please note that we are unable to resend cash outs via Venmo. Be sure to include your PayPal linked email address in your support request.
The most common reasons for not receiving cash outs are:
1. You've mis-typed the email address
Please double check the email address as it appears in your PayPal profile. Often, we find that users will enter email addresses with a PayPal domain. This is not the correct email address.
2. You have not updated the phone number on your Venmo account after getting a new one
Any time you get a new phone number, it's a good idea to take note of the apps and accounts that might be linked to and accessed using your phone number.
