Users who scan their receipts to Pogo can earn over 100 additional points per week, but there are some limitations and errors you may encounter. Below, you'll find some of the most common situations users like you may encounter when using this feature that will prompt an error message.
You've hit your weekly limit for scanning.
You can scan up to 25 receipts per week. Your opportunity to scan more receipts resets each Monday.
You've already scanned the receipt.
Each receipt can only be scanned one time and cannot be scanned to multiple Pogo accounts.
You're attempting to scan a receipt another user has scanned.
In the age of grocery and food delivery, it's easy to get your hands on receipts that aren't yours. Being courteous to others and scanning only receipts that you get from your own legitimate purchases is good karma. 😊
Your receipt lacks details.
If your receipt does not include the date, location, and total, it is not eligible for points.
Your receipt is too old.
Receipts are eligible for points if they are scanned within 2 weeks (14 days) of the purchase date on the receipt. The 14-day countdown begins on the date of the purchase.

My receipts have all the requirements and still the receipt is not accepted. I have lost a lot of receipts due to this problem, so not fair. Just tried to photo a receipt from Bagel Type and date, time, merchant is listed and not accepted. Plus, it doesn't hold my email address or password, the app is a problem and needs to be corrected.
