How do I enable my phone's camera access?

In most cases, you'll be able to follow links in the error messages you receive when you need to grant Pogo access to your camera. In the event something happens and you do not have this option, the article below will outline the steps to allow camera access in your Phone's settings. 

iPhone instructions:

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

2. Tap the camera feature. The list shows the apps that have requested access.

3. Tap the Pogo app > toggle camera access on.

4. You can also try searching for the Pogo app (under Settings > search Apps> search Pogo) and enable camera access.

Android instructions:

1. On your phone, open the Settings app.

2. Tap Apps.

3. Select the Pogo app. If you can't find it, tap See all apps. Then, choose Pogo.

4. Tap Permissions.

• If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you’ll find them here.
• To change a permission setting, tap it, then choose Allow. It is best to enable "Always Allow While using the App." You may continue to encounter issues if you select partial permissions.
