How do I enable my phone's camera access?

In most cases, you'll be able to follow links in the error messages you receive when you need to grant Pogo access to your camera. In the event something happens and you do not have this option, the article below will outline the steps to allow camera access in your Phone's settings. 

iPhone instructions:

1. Go to Settings  > Privacy & Security.

2. Tap the camera feature. 

The list shows the apps that have requested access. You can turn access on or off for any app on the list.

Android instructions:

1. On your phone, open the Settings app.

2. Tap Apps.

3. Tap the app you want to change. If you can't find it, tap See all apps. Then, choose your app.

4. Tap Permissions.

• If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you’ll find them here.
• To change a permission setting, tap it, then choose Allow or Don't allow.
