Why can't I scan my receipt?

    My receipts have all the requirements and still the receipt is not accepted. I have lost a lot of receipts due to this problem, so not fair. Just tried to photo a receipt from Bagel Type and date, time, merchant is listed and not accepted. Plus, it doesn't hold my email address or password, the app is a problem and needs to be corrected.

    U need an option to dispute "the always incorrect computer " that reads our receipts... scanned one that was purchased last night only for ur computer to say it was 14+days old... I took a closer pic of the date in hopes it corrects and then I get "duplicate reciept" This scenario happens to me weekly.. Fix ur app

    Same here ive had to submit a request so many times it isn't funny because it's constantly saying the merchant is missing. Especially for a dollar general or lowes receipt. And I go to the dollar store alot. It's so annoying to have to keep trying to rescan the same receipt and keep getting told the same thing and end up always having to take a picture of the receipt and submitting requests to get the points.
