Pogo partners with several game providers to offer a wider variety of experiences for our users. Some of these partners operate their own support teams, which have direct access to gameplay data and insights that Pogo’s support team does not. You can learn how to contact them below.

Note: You may be asked to wait for at least 1 hour before you are able to submit a ticket to AdGate's support team. Please do not bypass this and submit a ticket to Pogo. Our team will not be able to assist you.
If you have submitted a ticket and you have not received your points or a response from the dedicated support team for your game, you may contact Pogo support and we will attempt to get an update for you. Please submit this form and be sure to include the name of the provider you have not received a response from - AdGate or Besitos.

I can't find my offer wall help me sir
My offerwall disappeared and support just gave me troubleshooting tips that did not clear anything up
I didn't receive points for a game I was playing. I contacted Support, as instructed, and submitted all necessary screenshots. They have been giving me a complete runaround. I have replied to the correct platforms, and done everything as instructed! They verified my points, and said that I should receive them in no more than 48 hours. When I let them know that it had been much longer, they had me restart the process! I still haven't received a resolution after 4 days. Total scam and waste of time!
