Pogo users are earning tons of points every day by playing games and downloading apps from Pogo Arcade, RevU, and AdGem. We love to see it! As much as we'd like to be able to provide in-depth support for these platforms, they are external sites with their own dedicated support teams that have exclusive access to your offer and gaming activity. 1. Why is it called Pogo Arcade if your team can't help me?
This is a great question and understandably confusing. Despite the Pogo branding you see, this platform is still an external site. When you pass through to the platform from the Pogo app, your actions are tracked by this site to ensure your achievements are being captured and rewarded. This information is not passed back to Pogo. The same is true for RevU and AdGem.
2. I submitted a request to the external platform support team as instructed. Why haven't I received a response?
There could be a few reasons why you haven't heard from anyone:
- The team simply needs more time to review your request. Check all of your email inbox folders for confirmation emails. These should set proper response expectations. For any requests submitted related to the Pogo Arcade, search your inbox for "AdJoe."
- You've submitted a request that contains profane or abusive language. Frustration over missing points is understandable, but these teams specifically mention that requests of this nature will be rejected in their terms of service. We recommend keeping your messaging kind to avoid any further barriers to getting your points.
- You haven't submitted enough information for the team to investigate. Be as detailed as possible with your initial request. If you have the option to add screenshots, do so.
