The recommended games and offers in Pogo are fun, easy ways to earn. These are generally limited-time games and offers that you can download directly from the Rewarded Games and Rewarded Offers sections. The screenshots below show where you can find these games and offers. The selection changes periodically:
Occasionally, tracking issues may occur and users don't receive their points, but most of the time, points that are reported to be missing, are actually just delayed. Please allow 48 hours before contacting support about missing points. There are several other reasons why you may be having tracking issues and missing points. If you are still seeking support, gather the following screenshots as they are required for further investigation of your missing points claim. Limit 1 game or offer per ticket.
1. Open your Pogo app
2. Take a screenshot of your Pogo Account information to help us verify and locate your account
3. Take a screenshot of the game or offer's requirements or goals making sure to capture the full screen including the Disclaimer at the bottom of the page
4. Next, find the date you downloaded the app and take a screenshot
On iPhone:
- Go to your AppStore app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Open the "Apps" section
- Find the App
- Take your screenshot
On Android:
- Go to the Google Play Store app
- Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen
- Select "My apps & games" from the menu
- Tap on the "Installed" tab
- Find the app and tap on it to view more details, including the date of installation
- Take your screenshot
5. Open the game or offer app and screenshot your progress or fulfilled requirements. If the offer is a subscription rather than an app download, please collect screenshots of email and/or text confirmations showing proof and the date of the start of the subscription.
6. Attach all of your screenshots to the ticket. If you have any trouble with the attachments, the files are likely too large. You can try emailing them instead: support@earnwithpogo.com

I contacted pogo about the monopoly go and the fact that when I try to start the game I’m being bought to the game in progress and I have not received the 170,000 point for surpassing board 101
Hi Lonette - it sounds like you accessed a 3rd Party Offerwall section from within Pogo (likely Pogo PowerPlay/Besitos. Please check out this article for ticket submission instructions. Please also note that if you've ever previously downloaded Monopoly Go through another rewards app or directly from the App or Google PlayStore, you wouldn't be eligible for rewards through Pogo or our 3rd Party Offer Walls.
