Why can't I link one of my retailer accounts?

Linking retailer accounts (Amazon, Kroger, Target and Walmart) is a great way to earn extra points. When you link a retailer account, you have the opportunity to sync your receipts weekly.

You'll earn extra points for your purchases at these businesses because of the additional information Pogo is able to scrape from your receipts. This data is helpful to companies because it helps them better understand shopping behavior and the preferences of their customers. Unfortunately, some users encounter trouble linking their accounts. Here are a few troubleshooting tips for successfully linking your account. 

1. Double check your login information by manually entering your credentials into the problematic retailer's app or website. Be sure to always enter your login credentials manually when linking the account to Pogo. 

2. Try resetting your password for your retailer login. 

3. Make sure your Pogo app is updated to the latest version.
