There are a few reasons why your transactions might not be appearing in your Pogo Claim Feed.
1. The purchase has not yet synced to Pogo
We recommend allowing at least 3 business days for the transactions to hit your Pogo claim feed. It's not uncommon for transactions to remain in a pending state in your bank account for a few days. Once it is finalized by your bank, it should make its way to your Pogo claim feed.
2: Your account needs to be unlinked and relinked
As you probably noticed upon sign up, we use Plaid, a third-party bank-linking platform, to securely connect your bank account to the Pogo app. Plaid is the preferred bank-linking platform for many financial apps. Occasionally, Plaid will experience interruptions with certain institutions which will stop the transaction data from being shared with Pogo. These interruptions are usually intermittent and temporary.
Because these errors are occurring between your bank and the Plaid platform, there is little our support team can do to assist you when this occurs, but we find that the following steps resolve these errors immediately or within days:
- Use the most up to date version of the Pogo app. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to update.
- Unlink the problematic bank account and then re-link it. In the event Plaid is experiencing a connection error with an institution, it usually takes a few days to resolve. Most linking issues are resolved within 3 business days and your missed transactions will generally appear in your claims feed when the connection is stable again.
