If points for your purchases are coming through to your claim feed but you can't claim them, there are a few things you can check.
1. Are you outside of the U.S. or its territories? Pogo is currently only accessible to U.S. residents. If you are out of the country, you will be able to use the app fully upon your return.
2. Are you connected to a VPN when using Pogo? VPN connection can cause various strange behaviors within the app including random closure, inability to claim points, inability to receive codes for cash out and sign-in and other loading issues. Please disconnect and re-launch the app if this is the case for you.
3. Are you in a poor service area? Waiting to connect to a secure WiFi network and relaunching the app is a good troubleshooting measure. Sometimes devices will seem to have a stable connection, but do not.
