I haven't received points for a game I was playing in Pogo QuickPlay.

The Pogo QuickPlay game wall makes it fun and easy to earn. Occasionally, tracking issues may occur and users don't receive their points. Should this happen to you while playing a game from this wall, you should submit a support ticket to the AdJoe support team.

To reach them:

1. Open Pogo QuickPlay in the Pogo app

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

3. Tap the Support button

4. Open the chat bot to begin your request

Be sure that you have screenshots or recordings of the game you played and the level you reached handy. The team will request this information from you.
