The Pogo PowerPlay game wall makes it fun and easy to earn. Occasionally, tracking issues may occur and users don't receive their points. Should this happen to you, you'll need to submit a support ticket with the Besitos support team.
To reach them:
1. Open Pogo PowerPlay in the Pogo app
2. Tap the headset icon in the page footer
4. Fill in the fields with the requested information
Be sure that you have screenshots or recordings of the game you played and the level you reached handy. The team will request this information from you.
