The recommended games and offers in Pogo are fun, easy ways to earn. These are generally limited-time games and offers that you can download directly from the Rewarded Games and Rewarded Offers sections. The screenshots below show where you can find these games and offers. The selection changes periodically:
Occasionally, tracking issues may occur and users don't receive their points, but most of the time, points that are reported to be missing, are just delayed. We may ask you to wait up to 48 hours before we investigate further. If you have already waited 48 hours, please let us know. There are several other reasons why you may be having tracking issues and missing points. Click here to see if any of these apply to you before submitting a ticket.
If you are still seeking support, gather the following screenshots as they are required for further investigation of your missing points claim. Limit 1 game or offer per ticket.
1. Open your Pogo app
2. Go to the game that has failed to track and click the link to submit a ticket (outlined in the red box in the image below)
Note: If you see a disclaimer like the one in the screenshot below, you will need to use the submit a ticket link on the goal page to get in touch with the correct support team

I contacted pogo about the monopoly go and the fact that when I try to start the game I’m being bought to the game in progress and I have not received the 170,000 point for surpassing board 101
Hi Lonette - it sounds like you accessed a 3rd Party Offerwall section from within Pogo (likely Pogo PowerPlay/Besitos. Please check out this article for ticket submission instructions. Please also note that if you've ever previously downloaded Monopoly Go through another rewards app or directly from the App or Google PlayStore, you wouldn't be eligible for rewards through Pogo or our 3rd Party Offer Walls.
Didn't receive my points
I didn't get mine once they started being worth something.. I was told there was a policy about only "reimbursement of 1 " achievement.. I didn't think it would be reimbursement if it was from there recommended apps and I never got it in the first place
They’re trying to not give me my 80000 points i earned on a game. Telling me I have 30 days to get there when you look at the game on the my games page. I still had four days left it says, and I completed it way before that. Scammers
Well i can say that they do respond to you when there's a problem about your situation
I’ve played 3 different games that I downloaded via the Pogo app. Like many others, the earned points have not been given. Such a waste of my time! I’m moving on to another app where they actually do give points when you earn them!
