The Revu offer wall makes it fun and easy to earn. Occasionally, tracking issues may occur and users don't receive their points. Should this happen to you, we recommend submitting a support ticket with the Revu support team. Check the instructions below to get started.
1. Open the RevU offer wall from your Pogo app and click on the white headset icon in the top right corner (outlined in the red box.)
2. Click on the Contact Support link
3. Enter information about the problematic offer or game
Be sure that you have screenshots or recordings showing your progress in the game you played or tasks you completed for offer you downloaded. It is very likely the team will request this information from you.
