The AdGem offer wall makes it fun and easy to earn. Occasionally, tracking issues may occur and users don't receive their points. Should this happen to you, we recommend submitting a support ticket with the AdGem support team. Check the instructions below to get started.
1. Open the AdGem offer wall from your Pogo App. Tap on the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen (outlined in the red box in image 1)
2. Select Reward Status from the side panel
3. Click view on the problematic offer or game
4. Scroll down the page to submit your request - the button will change to a submit button after the 72 hour hold period has passed
Be sure that you have screenshots or recordings showing your progress in the game you played or tasks you completed for offer you downloaded. It is very likely the team will request this information from you.

Aren't receiving my points
I’m not receiving points for any of my games that I’m playing. Could you please fix it? I’ve stopped playing the games because I mean I’ve got a lot of points. That’s owed to me.
I edit it my Gmail account because I thought that might be it. Could you check on your end and see if that’s what it was on your end too please
